setting up my business
as a new interested potential investor, I am wondering if there are any recommendations for how to initially structure my business. I have spoken with my financial planner and he mentioned and recommended setting up as a DBA initially and then transitioning down the road when needed. What does your voice of experience recommend? Also, are there any recommendations for attorney's that could assist with this in the metro-west area? Thanks in advance
