Looking to build on my team, new or old seasoned or beginners all are welcome. lets learn from each other (if I have anything valuable haha). Need help getting this ball rolling

There's a ton of guides for beginners under the education tab here on bigger pockets.  Get the basics down and be present at local meetups.  Search the forums or Meetup.com for local events.  There's one that meets third Monday every month at the Ram in Lakewood and another in Olympia that meets the fourth Thursday every month at Dirty Dave's.  You can find more info in the forums by searching.  Both are free and don't try to push products on you.  Awesome events where you will meet people actually doing it.  

Figure out what you want to do (wholesale, flip, hold), meet people doing it, and take the steps to get started.  Once you find out what you REALLY need to know, you can keep taking steps forward
