Walking 4 Dollars
Hey all,
So I just listened to one of the BP podcasts (show 186) and Brandon mentions the Quick Tip "walking for dollars." He mentions that he went for a jog/walk around the neighborhood he likes to invest in, and found 12 units that were vacant that he didn't know were vacant beforehand.
How do you find out if a property is vacant? And what are your next steps with that given information?
