Zoning
Hello BP community. So, I was just browsing through the MLS and I came across a property description that has the phrase "Transitional Neighborhood Zoned Commercial". I'm new to real estate and I've never seen this before. I'm just curious about what exactly that means for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance!
