Hello BP community. So, I was just browsing through the MLS and I came across a property description that has the phrase "Transitional Neighborhood Zoned Commercial". I'm new to real estate and I've never seen this before. I'm just curious about what exactly that means for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance!

Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Drayon and I'm brand new to REI. I'm currently 25 and work in the medical field as a Multi-skilled Technician. With no industry experience at all, I was fortunate to land upon this goldmine for investing. It all started when I found episode one of the BP podcast...I've been coming back ever since. So much to learn. Buy and hold, flipping, wholesale; its all so interesting. My goal with real estate is financial freedom. Nothing less. I've got quite a bit of time on my hands and look forward to becoming a knowledgeable and successful real estate investor in the coming years, with the help of this website. So, Thanks in advance.
