Analyze this deal
I am starting out and trying to practice analyzing deals. My only problem is how do I do this if I haven't been to bank and I haven't seen the house to estimate rehab.
The deal o have now is a 5unit multi listed at $160k. Each unit rents at 395, with a cap rate of 11.7%. From these numbers it seems like a great deal, but what numbers am I missing. Help fill me in. Thanks
