I am a 17 year old high school senior and I am looking to get into real estate once I turn 18 and move to college. This year I am trying to learn as much as possible about investing and the market as well as raise as much capital as possible. As I learn more I see the need and the importance of a mentor. I will be starting college at Florida State University in Tallahassee and I would like to get into real estate investing. I have about $10,000 saved up and I could get more capital with investments from my family. I am looking for my first deal to be a house hack and I am wondering if Tallahassee has duplexes, triplexes, and quadraplexes near the university. Also are there good opportunities for flipping, buy and hold, and wholesales in the area, which is what I am trying to focus on for my investments.
