How can I find decent contractors in Cleveland, Oh?

Hello BP! I am new to investing and I am aiming for a multi family (preferably apartment dwelling) unit as my first project. As of now I am seeking as much information as possible. My first question is who can connect me to contractors and certified plumbers and electricians in the Cleveland area. 

My second question is how can I find funding in case I need it during my first project for rehab?

I am very new to this so I am just trying to get things a little bit in order before I dive right in. I like to know what I am doing and not jump right in witj no plan what so ever.
