Hello BP! I am new to investing and I am aiming for a multi family (preferably apartment dwelling) unit as my first project. As of now I am seeking as much information as possible. My first question is who can connect me to contractors and certified plumbers and electricians in the Cleveland area. 

My second question is how can I find funding in case I need it during my first project for rehab?

I am very new to this so I am just trying to get things a little bit in order before I dive right in. I like to know what I am doing and not jump right in witj no plan what so ever.

Hello! My name's Stacey J from Cleveland, OH. I am interested in multifamily rental properties and flipping. Eventually I want to learn everything I possibly can to make income in real estate. I have one home that I currently reside in. I will be done paying for it in 5 months and I want to move on, so I am going to rent it out, move and invest in more properties. I am already searching for the next best move.
