whats a good place to find a mentor for flipping?
I don't just don't want to fix the house up! I want to know what's all in between like the paper work that needs to be done. Like the ESP, improvement cost, quiet cost, the minimum profit and the loan terms. The last thing I want to do is flip a house and get hit with all these fees I didn't see coming! I want to be ready even if I lose a lil bit of money that's fine! I hate watching these shows on t.v they make it look like they made all this money! maybe they did cause they didn't have to use other peoples money. They need to make a show when somebody really started from the bottom! even though shows clam that they had no money to start, they where struggling!! NO!!! I to want to see that part! I want to see what where they willing to do to get what they want because I ask that question to myself every single day I wake up! and my answer is always the same......WHAT EVER THE HELL IT TAKES!

Where to find one? At your local meetup.
Offer value. ID an opportunity for analysis help. Share the deal with an ethical pro.
Offer value. Don't just discuss what you want or just what you need. You said "I want..." several times. What about "I offer...."
Good luck, Manuel.
