Look into driving for dollars! Great way to start in the game try to learn all the basics and get your name out there! There is great guide on this website look it up! it also has a step-by-step how you can make money by driving for dollars! Because I'm at the same boat as you! I haven't made any money yet but I did meet a lot of people that could help me out in the future.

I'm sorry I don't mean to sound demanding...I'm just putting a lot on the line and I'm going to take this risk.I just don't want to lose to much I know I will come across a lot of challenges and frailer but I will learn from them like everybody else dose and so far this website is full of information! its like walking on the beach, people here leave foot prints. All you got to do is walk on them.

I don't just don't want to fix the house up! I want to know what's all in between like the paper work that needs to be done. Like the ESP, improvement cost, quiet cost, the minimum profit and the loan terms.The last thing I want to do is flip a house and get hit with all these fees I didn't see coming! I want  to be ready even if I lose a lil bit of money that's fine! I hate watching these shows on t.v they make it look like they made all this money! maybe they did cause they didn't have to use other peoples money. They need to make a show when somebody really started from the bottom! even though shows clam that they had no money to start, they where struggling!! NO!!! I to want to see that part! I want to see what where they willing to do to get what they want because I ask that question to myself every single day I wake up! and my answer is always the same......WHAT EVER THE HELL IT TAKES!

My name is Manuel Zayas I'm 33 years old I was born in New York City.Came to Miami at the age of 5-6 and never went back cause I love the beaches here.i have no experience in real estate but my dad was contractor fixing up a lot houses back in the early 90s.I use to go with him on the weekends and help him fix up house and apt.I had a job doing maintenance for 10 years and I was doing everything! Even privet job after work cause I love fixing anything that's I couldn't fix! It was a challenge for me ,it was fun And I made real good money! But in 2014 I lost my job. I wasted 10 years of my life and I have nothing to show for it.I told myself that I will never work for anybody like that again! If it's not for myself! So I was looking into real estate investing and that looks like I can be real good at it! Cause that's all I been doing half my life!( Fixing) so I told myself (it's time to put my skills to the test) So I am working now as a maintenance worker for all county maintenance.i work every single day no days off! I have nowhere to live just me and my car.I could get a apt but I refuse to live in one! I'm saving every penny! To put down on a flip house and give it everything I got! I been reading and educating myself everyday about real estate investing and also going to free 2-3hrs real estate class.My goals are to flip house all year around and to be financially free and to one day To Become a HML so I could help people live there dream! Like I'm about! Too! No matter what happened I'm going to do what ever it takes to flip my first house by the end of 2017.As I was YouTubeing I came across biggerpocks pod cast and was very interested to learn more about this company! So I decide to join and give it shot!
