Hey Everyone!

New to this whole REI adventure and trying to capture as much information as I can. I stumbled across a website that seemed to have an pretty cool program, it was a Saturday Morning Investment Tour (http://www.gimmeshelter.com/saturdaymorninginvestmenttour.html) . The basis of the program stated that a group of people would drive around with someone that was more experiences so they could teach those that were interested a little about what they look for in terms of a potential property to acquire. The website appears to be defunct and can't seem to get a response with a few messages sent.

Anyways, I am curious if anyone would be interested in taking a Saturday morning and showing me what they look for in a property. I'll provide breakfast and a willing participant. Looking to learn from someone that has done fix/flips and wholesaling successfully.

Thanks for your time!
