Anyone in the Baton Rouge/New Orleans are willing to help mentor me about in the business of rehabbing and/or wholesaling? I am working every night to learn as much as I can about real-estate. Would be great to be able to see it first-hand! I'm in University so weekends would be the best time!

Hi! I'm Ryan. I'm 21 from Louisiana! I am currently a senior in college and I have been bitten by the real-estate bug. I already own a duplex in Baton Rouge and I am looking to expand! What are some advice/tips that you guys have for a young guy starting out! Anything will help! After school I plan on moving to Texas after I graduate! So if you have any tips for Houston real-estate would be great as well!
