Hard money
Has anyone used Groundfloor hardmoney lender to fund their rehab deals? I would like to know if they really fund the entire deal?

I know nothing of this company but will caution you about the scammer types: they usually ask for up front fees. The only fee you should ever pay in advance is an appraisal. If a lender is asking for anything more, it is highly suspect. From a standpoint of being a lender, would it make a difference if my borrowers were to pay 4K in points TODAY rather than at closing in three weeks? Not one bit. So, if a lender wants points in advance, there must be a reason and not a good reason. They are a scammer. Points are closing are legitimate.
