I'm new to real estate investing and would like to know if before going into a contract or start looking for rehab deals do I need to first get prequalified by a hardmoney lender and get that letter to provide to agents or they want a deal under contract first? Can somebody help in explaining the start up process, thanks.

Has anyone used Groundfloor hardmoney lender to fund their rehab deals? I would like to know if they really fund the entire deal?

Hi I'm new to this site and brand new to real estate. I would like to get involved in Rehab and flip residential properties and one of my questions is if the contractors salary is or can be included with the financing I choose to do or I'm responsible to pay their salary while rehabbing the property?
