Can anyone out there recommend a (or a few) reputable lawyer(s) in Georgia that I would need to get started investing? Thanks ahead for any suggestions or advice.

ok guys, I had a bad experience at the Fortune Builders workshop a while back. I got an email from Than Merrill yesterday. He left me some contact info for him. I called him back and after we talked for a while, he answered a few of my questions and offered advice, encouragement and an apology for the individual. To me this meant a lot. I feel humbled and much better about the FB's team. Than is genuinely concerned that people are pleased with him and/or the program.

I appreciate the advice. He didnt need to call me and take the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns but he did.

Will a hard money lender require an LLC?

To get started on the right path, who are some of the people I will need to look to hire when I get my first deal? I know the GC side of things,as I have been a contractor for several years. I dont know what types of lawyers I will need to ensure success on flipping. Are CPA's needed at this specific time as a new investor? I dont earn much money outside of getting the bills paid and gas money to do it all again next week. It just seems too far out of reach to really get lawyers, GC's, CPA's, LLC's and so on for a first timer.

I thank anyone that wants to help me out on this.

are most hud/foreclosed homes a good starting point in your professional opinion?

Thanks for a solid answer too, John. I was under the impression hard money lenders were costly. I will look further into that now.

Thanks again,

Darrin Davis
