Thanks! I'll give him a call.

Does anyone have a good contact for a NKY REO agent that sells BB&T owned properties? I have identified a foreclosure that I want to jump on for my primary residence. I have contacted the attorney/trustee but am not getting a response. BB&T purchased the property back at auction on 2/20. I would hate to miss out on this due to lack of contacts.

Hey Guys,

I'm working on my first full gut rehab in Bellevue Ky and I've recently had to fire my drywall installers.

Can anyone in the Cincinnati area recommend a drywall company? preferably one you have used in the past.

Also what do you guys usually pay to have a sheet hung and finished? Is it close to the $35 per board average or is it higher? Do you pay material cost on top of $35 a board?

Thanks for the help!

Hey Everyone!

I was on the phone with my insurance provider attempting to get a quote and once I told him it was an investment property the conversation changed and he transferred me to the business insurance department.

My question is do you typically purchase regular home owners insurance or do you get a special policy for investment properties while completing your fix and flips?

Hi everyone,

Im a new investor in Northern Kentucky working to close on my first deal. I have a single family 3 bed 1.5 bath home located in Bellevue that I'm trying to finance. Does anyone have a recommendation for a local hard money lender or bank that is willing to work with a new investor? I want to investigate the HML route before considering a conventional mortgage.

Background:

I am a Mechanical Engineer working in Cincinnati, living in Northern Kentucky. I grew up in Bellevue and much of my family still resides there.
