Moving to Vegas

Hello! Just recently my husband and I decided to move to Las Vegas in a year from now when he gets out of the military. I know that Vegas and Phoenix are good places to invest and they are not far from each other. Does anyone think this is a good idea to get our real estate career going?

@Brittney Mebus Is what a good idea to start? Moving to Vegas? Vegas could be a difficult place to start, but it could also be very profitable if you buy right. Neighborhoods/areas differ a lot, but there are some pretty nice areas out there. My sister lived there for years and my parents live in Phoenix. Both areas can offer a lot, just do your research! Good luck!
