Hi everyone!

My name's Ian Scalzo. My business partner and I just started a company called "Solution Estates, LLC". We have found multiple deals in our target market, but we lack the funds to follow through on them.

We're looking for a partner on a 5-deal long basis. It'll be a mutual relationship, the partner will fund the deals, as we carry them out. Once the deal is closed, the partner will get an agreed upon percent of the overall profit.
