First Deal
Hi Everyone,
Got a quick question. I'm looking to buy my first rental property (Me and two friends will be first tenants) and I'm having trouble getting prequalified. I'm 19 years old I don't have any credit established and I have a part time job at a grocery store so you can see I'm not the best candidate. Ive been looking into owner financed properties and have done my research there so my question is how should I negotiate with the owner? Is there any questions I need to ask that are a non-negotionable? And are there any jedi mind trick questions I can ask them to get a better deal? Thanks in advance for the posts.
