Hi everyone. Just wanted to see if anyone had a PDF version of a subject too contract that would like to share. Or how to find one on the internet. Thank you in advance for any help and hope to connect with anyone in the near by markets.

Good afternoon everybody my name is Russell Im 19 years old and currently attending austin community college. Today I wanted to ask, what are some of things that real investors must do, but don't really feel like doing or don't have the time to do and would pay someone else to do it. I recently found a mentor and I want to help him out in his business, already agreed on posting some signs. Just need some other ideas so that I can offer the most I can. Thank you in advance for your answers. Russell

Hi Everyone,

Got a quick question. I'm looking to buy my first rental property (Me and two friends will be first tenants) and I'm having trouble getting prequalified. I'm 19 years old I don't have any credit established and I have a part time job at a grocery store so you can see I'm not the best candidate. Ive been looking into owner financed properties and have done my research there so my question is how should I negotiate with the owner? Is there any questions I need to ask that are a non-negotionable? And are there any jedi mind trick questions I can ask them to get a better deal? Thanks in advance for the posts.

Had a question wanted to bring it straight to the blog..... I noticed several different properties that seem vacant and still in good shape, would anyone in Austin be willing to meet with me and do a walk through of the property? It would be greatly appreciated. If the deal goes through I could even pay you for your time.

Good afternoon everyone, My name is Russell Ballard I'm 18 years old and currently a full time student at the University of North Texas. Im looking to hop into wholesaling, as I believe this is the best niche for me begin my real estate career. Afterwards I plan on going into the bigger profit margin areas of course. As of now I don't have a car so if I could just make enough money to buy myself a car I would be more than happy, and I don't think that's a bad goal to work towards this summer. I am also on summer break so Im moving back to Austin for 9 weeks. With that being said I'll already RSVPd for a few REI meet ups and for the local REIA meeting. Really excited with networking with some of the local investors in the area, building relationships, and making money!! Ideally I'd love to get a one-on-one with someone in the wholesaling game(that's the best way I learn). With that being said I be no means would want to have a one sided affair. I am more than willing to give a few weekends up this summer to look a properties, check out properties, paint, cut grass OR WHATEVER the case might be for the opportunity to learn under someone. But I know there is a lot I can learn from every single person on here, and don't want to limit myself to strictly wholesalers so I'd love to meet people and talk personally. Feel free to contact me at ANYTIME.

Hi Everyone, So I was fortunate enough to get a Mentor just a few days ago and we are going to be meeting up later today. I was just wondering what are some good questions to ask them.
