How should I set up bank accounts for my REI Business.

I currently have multiple submitted offers on SFR properties with the purpose of implementing the BRRR strategy. I have not yet registered an LLC, however I do plan on doing so after I reach my max on conventional financing... My question is how should I set up bank accounts for the business. Can I designate one of my current personal accounts for the business since I am not yet operating under an LLC? Or should I open up a new business account before I close on any investment properties? What are your thoughts and what has worked for you? Thanks in advance.
