Do you need a team in real estate?
Hi, I'm really new to real estate investing and currently learning all the basic of it. I have one question about real estate investing: Do you need a "team" to do any kind of real estate investing or can I solely do it all on my own? I don't want to be full time real estate investor and make it my career. Therefore, the sound of having a "team" to me seems like it is starting a full time business.
