Demographics
Hey BP community, I am doing some research. I was wondering if anyone who flips real estate has any specific demographic information they look out when deciding if a particular area is a good flipping market. I am trying to put together my criteria, because I would like to start with townhomes and single families the school information is important to me.
Can anyone shed some light on what demographics they use?
