Land Flipping Letter Examples

Posted

I have just opened a solo 401k with a rolled over retirement account and will be giving land flipping a go. I have my tax delinquent list from the county I am interested in. I am ready to start sending letters. Does anyone have an example of an effective offer letter they use that I may use any help is appreciated. also do you mention that they are delinquent on taxes in the letter or do you just make an offer? Thanks for the help

@Bobby Barlow

Nice to meet you here on B/P. Sounds to me that you have found a land investing course somewhere on B/P or some other place. I know @Seth Williams has  great land investing information on B/P. Welcome to the world of land investing and I am sure you will do fine with all the knowledge and support you will find on this platform. As the way you are going about getting your inventory is different than mine as I have never sent out mailers to distressed land owners. I go after larger tracks of land in the path of growth and buy 20 to 50 cents on the dollar. There is much to be said regarding your methods of acquiring inventory and is a great way to get seriously undervalued land. I focus buying in the southwest and have access to undervalued builder inventory as I have been investing in vacant land for over 30 years so have gathered great connections.

I wish you all the best and hope to see you around here again.
