Hard money lending for a newbie
I've been going through the motions of wholesaling trying to make it to the point where I could buy and hold some real estate properties. A deal was about to close and profits were soon to be dispersed. I was speaking to a fund broker and I told them how I was going to try to find several homes to put under a land contract. He told me to put my money away and consider using hard money to fund my deals.
With that being said, I'm looking for hard money lenders. I have never used one before. I have never rehabbed a property either. Whatever tips or leads that can help me towards getting me started with this is highly appreciated.
