I am looking to make a mid west Turnkey purchase. I have my LLC. My question is, with an LLC If I buy something out of state, I am told I have to have someone in that state willing to sign in case any kind of legal document is served. If you dont have people you know in that state, how do you hand this?

@Courtney Jones find a real estate agent and an attorney in the area that you're going to buy in. I would also, suggest to hire a property manager in that area once you finalize the purchase. Yes, you have to pay them but..it'll save you a headache.
