How to Make Local Connections

Hello BP Community,

I am eager to get hands on experience with real estate investing. Based in Las Vegas, I am having a hard time locating RE investors that are willing to bring me under their wings and show me the ropes of the industry. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to connect with people locally and how to connector with actual investors rather than "gurus"?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Michael! For the small price $1497.00 I will talk to you for 5 minutes. Just kidding. Recently I have had new real estate investors hang out on the days we are looking at properties. going over rehabs and meeting with sellers and so forth. It's all kind of spontaneous since things always come up at the last minutes. I extend the same offer to all the new investors. And it won't cost you anything but if you buy me lunch I'll be in a more talkative mood.
