Please tell me how you wholesale your under contract properties?

I do not want to do anything illegal, so I can't directly advertise the property.

But what I am then asking.. how far CAN you go?

How do you do it?

As of now I am thinking about just showing the numbers and then telling them to contact me for more info.

But I still think this still is advertising.

So I think what I can do is say.. "Hey we regularly have properties at discounted price". Ask for details.

Is that the way to go? But that way, I don't show any numbers and cant take advantage of the seriously discounted property I have  lingering around atm.

Any help? Suggestions?
