Hi everyone hope your all doing well. Just had a question regarding the prices in BC and one should go about buying them if their starting out in their real Estate career? Btw I'm only 18 and still school and can't apply for credit yet. My plan is to finish school within a year a half and get a job so I can save up and buy my first property I plan to put 60-70% of my payche Into savings. Hopefully within 2 after school I can buy my first rental property. Any tips? Ideas? Cheers.
