Trying to formulate an investment plan.

Hello Everyone

I am a new investor in the Kansas City metro area,  with at least 4 years experience in the real estate industry. I am currently a Real Estate Closer working with a nationwide title insurance company. I love this career field and am now looking to profit from it even further.

Can anyone provide me with some good advice when it comes to getting potential investments funded? I am fairly good at analyzing deals and knowing what to look for but I suck at putting the pieces together and implementing a plan of action.

I would be interested in forming a partnership with cash investors looking to make a little profit.

Find seasoned private & hard money lenders in your area that fund deals regularly.  You will learn very quickly from them what deals are workable & those that aren't.
