Stuck in the beginning in Oklahoma City, I need guidance

I am just starting out here in Edmond/Oklahoma City. When I first found out about real estate I was (and still am) excited about how it could benefit myself and my family. So I did all the reading I could, researched how deals are done, even paid for a 3 day seminar to learn more and get a funding resource for deals. Now I got my LLC and business back account set and now ........... I am scared to death of failing! I also know from here at Bigger pockets that I need a mentor, but I am not sure about how to find one, but I am still looking. I want to start wholesaling and then move on to becoming a landlord. Any advice or guidance would be extremely appreciated.
