Hey guys/gals. I'm a newbie here on BP and I just received the following six books but I'm looking for recommendations on which one to read FIRST. If it helps determine which book gives me the best bang-for-the-buck towards my current goal, I'm hoping to start with purchasing a duplex/triplex with a buy and hold mentality.
