Finding Homes That Are Owned Free And Clear

Hi! This may sound like a really dumb question but is there a place where someone would be able to view all homes that are owned free & clear? The closest I can get to what I'm looking for is through my city's appraisal district website but even that doesn't show what's still owed on a property. Also, I've been on BP for about 2 days strong so please forgive me if I'm violating any protocols...

Thanks and I hope to hear from the masses soon!

Hey Carlos,

There are sites (i.e. List Source, Property Radar, etc) that could filter/provide this info for you, but they're subscription based (meaning not free).  They're also not always 100% accurate.  But it's a lot quicker than trying to look up a bunch of properties one-by-one at your local county recorder's office.

Good luck.
