How long is your pre-approval valid? I'm expecting a raise soon but not sure when it will take effect. I'm not sure if i should go ahead and get pre-approved for a FHA loan or wait until my raise takes effect. My credit score is between 790-820. I'm looking to buy sometime in the fall.
