Looking For Mentor In North New Jersey Market

Jack LaGuerre

Hey Biggerpockets community! My name is Jack LaGuerre and I'm a young 18 year old North Jersey wholesale investor starting out seeking mentorship from anyone willing to offer. I'm completely open to new ideas and strategies that will lead to successful ventures in these coming of days with proper guidance. I've been wholesaling for 6 months going on 7. I haven't completed my first deal yet but had 3 successful contracts undergo signing only to fall short due to buyers opting out and etc. I'm mainly in the Essex County area and would like someone who is familiar with this area if possible. Looking forward to any and all responses. Blessings!

Find ways to serve those you'd like to learn from. You are going to have make the effort to find them. You'll have a tough time finding a teacher just by declaring that you are ready to be taught.

Start by giving.

Best of luck to you.

Thank you for the response!
