To buy as LLC or individual
Good morning fellow investors,
I am partnered with my sister. We have a name for our company, but have not yet created the entity. Within the next couple of months, we plan on doing a buy/flip/sell. Should we buy as a entity, or individual? BTW, someone told us we have no assets yet, so why create LLC? Looking for guidance. Thanks.
