Good morning,

I have an other lead, but their house is a bit newer (7 years).

I would like to educate myself on more strategies to get contracts signed.

I am asking where and how I can get more info on these kind of strategies.

I ask here because I don't even know what terms to look for.

Strategies like being able to offer ore to my seller. Like keeping the mortgage in place and taking over the mortgage (is that legal?)

Or any other strategies that I can resort to if the seller doesn't want to accept a low(er) offer?

Any help?

Thank you!
