Hi gang,

So...

I have a verrrrry motivated seller here.

But.. he wants land sold.  It is in wilton. I know wilton is very pricy. it is about 3 acres and although the land is beautiful, super gorgeous stream running through it, it is not easily accessible.

You would have to clear bushes and put down an asphalt road of about 1000ft long.

He is selling it pretty cheap though .. about 150K. Land is uneven, undeveloped..

My question... is wholesaling land  doable. Well I know it is doable. but you know what I mean. Better to walk away from this one?

The thing is after he sells his land he wants to sell his house too.

So this would be a double whammy for me.

Any of you have experience with land? Are there cash buyers for land?

A decent house built on that land could easily go for the upper Million...

help?
