hello bp,

i am currently working on reading as much as i can on here but unfortunately i cant find an answer to my question. i plan on mainly staying in buy and flips as well as buy and hold. my question is, will a real estate license benefit me or not? i know if i was doing wholesales it would be beneficial but im not sure if it would benefit me or just hold me back from my initial plunge date (looking into early 2017).  i plan on starting in pueblo and colorado springs. any input would be greatly appreciated!!

thanks a lot,

James
