What to do when the bank runs out?

Good afternoon my bp family. I have been investing in real estate since 2012 and currently rehabbing homes at the moment. I get calls and messages daily from people in my area looking to sell houses or giving leads to properties that need work and or absentee homes.

The struggle that i'm dealing with now is that i don't have the personal funds to invest into these opportunity/ deals that are coming to me through phone calls, messages, social media. I have a few banks that i deal with but i have my bank sources in the full rehab projects i'm working on now.

I am looking into the hard money or investors to expand business maybe crowdfunding. Does anyone have any pro's or cons to any of these or advice?
