203k loan in new jersey

Hey guys! I live in north nj and I want to buy my first investment property within the next 3-6 months using a 203k loan. The questions that I have are how difficult is it to get one of these loans and what requirements would a bank need? Also, if I can get one of these loans using an LLC, I want to protect my personal assets, or do I have to get it under my personal name. Thanks!
