Hello everyone, We are into the house flipping business in Los Angeles,California and are looking to hire general contractor/project manager. What are the main criteria we need to be looking for in a candidate in terms of experience, knowledge (degrees, licenses) and attitude? And what would be fair base salary and commission? It's 2-3 flips per month and then scale up to to 5 flips a month. Thanks Mira
