Hello, Im new to BiggerPockets! Im also new to real estate investing!!! I tried wholesaling about 2 yrs ago, but did not have any success. Im giving it another shot and ready to give it my all!! Is there any advise you could give me that you feel you wish someone gave you when you first started investing??? Thank you all in advance!!!
