OK so I have a cash buyer lined up in Southern Cali as well as Alabama!!! I was thinking I should link up with another wholesaler to do a co-wholesale deal but where do i go to find these wholesalers? I found like one site that may not even be active anymore! I really want to get something under contract before this month is out!! PLEASE help me!!!

@Steve Vaughan Im just starting out, looking to wholesale. So Im looking for deals to pass to buyers. I do eventually want multi units to hold as well as i want to fix and flip properties. but i want to get my feet wet first!!!

Hello, Im new to BiggerPockets! Im also new to real estate investing!!! I tried wholesaling about 2 yrs ago, but did not have any success. Im giving it another shot and ready to give it my all!!
