Hello Big Pocket, My name is Raphael-a newbie in real estate investing. The type of market I am interested in investing in is wholesale. Can any of you advise me of what the first step should be? (i.e getting in a LLC, private funding, whole money lenders etc) Thank you for your attention and participation.
