@Darryl Scipio So your buyer is looking for a funding partner or he just needs extra funding to purchase the property what you come do is if refer him to some funding (hard money lender) ( ask the buyer for a finder fee. You can also ask the hard money lender for a referral fee this means if you work this out correctly you get paid 3 times

@Alaziz Bridgeforth for me what I would do is direct mail to the cash buyer and say I saw that you purchased a property at XYZ ( I am a wholesaler and I come across alot of deals in your area can you please give me a call or email me so I can add you to my buyers list ( abra-kadbrah) ( you have a buyer) also try fake craiglist ads ( something ( nickruiz suggested from his book flip)

@Account Closed I would say the handwritten letter give you a better response also mailing your  yellow letter in a colored invitation envelope
