Wholesaling with realtor

When trying to get a property under contract, do you think working with the sellers realtor is a idea or should I just go directly through the seller? I see a lot of properties that could be potential wholesaling opportunities but they all have realtors. How would that even work?

Wholesale generally involves finding off MLS deals and working directly with the seller. Then reselling it to a buyer without using a realtor.

Realtors and the MLS don't fit the wholesale business model.
