Trying to learn
Hello everyone I am new to real estate and I'm trying to get started with whole saying. I have a few questions though. My first question is, is it a good idea to tell sellers and buyers I'm a wholesaler? My second question is can I work with realtors on proporties that are on the Mls? My third question is how do I know what's a good deal to present to an investor? Thanks for the help
