Analyzing my first deal - Feedback Requested

Hi all, this is my first post on BP!

I've been looking at properties for sale a lot lately, but haven't done a lot of thorough analysis.  So I finally sat down and started running numbers.

I'd like to run a little experiment.  I'm putting this property here, and some more experienced people can run their own estimates, numbers etc. and decide it it's a good deal.

Property taxes for this area are $0.82 per $100 of assessed value.

I'll post my own numbers after I get a few responses.  I'm curious to see how my own projections match up with others.
